2. Objective and Purposes of video?
3. What is the Art Style for the video?
A) LOGO
1) Enjoi skateboards company.
2) Having a presentable logo and using motion graphics that make it look interesting will give a positive first impression to the audience of the video.
3) The art style of the video is to portray enjoyment in skateboarding by using simple colourful animations promoting their product with simple background music too.
B) CONCEPT
1) IBM Company.
2) To make audience understand what they are promoting by showing the concept of how their service works by using motion graphics.
3) The art style of the video is making use of interesting 3D animation with simple narration explaining and background music. This is to make viewer understand and get to visualize the concept of the service the company is providing better.
C) INFO GRAPHIC
1) Google & Facebook.
2) Presenting information through motion graphics makes it more entertaining than on normal boring graphs and statistics that require viewers to read up the information. Plus they may not understand after reading anyway.
3) Creative 2D animation with vibrant colours does not make it look plain and boring. Graphs and statistics are in colours and animated that have an impact due to the effects.
D) INSTRUCTIONAL
1) Bruno Company.
2) Making sure audience understand and follow the instructions through motion graphic videos than reading on manual books that they may not understand anyway.
3) Visual instruction animation is the art style of the video whereby using symbols, icons and animation that is easily understood. Following the instruction step by step visually through the phone which makes it more comprehensive for users to follow and use the application accordingly.
1) Vevo Company.
2) With appealing designs of fonts and illustrations that matches the typography made it more attractive to audience. It involves them to read in an interesting way through the video. For this video is a lyric video, so it matches with the voice with more effects.
3) Typography animation is where putting music and the words tied together with the effects of the animation. This is where the impact is better by putting the animation and music together.
F) ADVERTISEMENT
1) Starbucks Coffee Company.
2) Advertising using motion graphics not only give clearer understanding of what the Starbucks is all about but it is also interesting with the creative illustrations and music been put together.
3) 2D Animation of drawings is the style of art. It also shows the ingredients involve in the product through interesting and fun animation.
G) MOVIE
1) Nickelodeon.
2) Showing the best parts that will create curiosity to viewers so they will go and catch the movie.
3) Amusing 2D Animation is the art style where cartoon characters are animated expressing feelings and actions as the actors of the movie. Also 3D animation where real life people are put together in the video with the cartoons.
H) PROMOTIONAL
1) Skunk Juice.
2) Creative in presenting their product rather than just showing models using them.
3) Art style of a 2D animation cartoon with narration flows smoothly through the video and suitable music tied with the animation. Making the product look interesting when users interact with it thus attracting viewers to consume the product.
I) LOWER THIRD
1) Channel News Asia.
2) Allowing viewers to decide to read side news at the same time while watching the news thus getting to know more of other news while watching.
3) News Broadcast live will have the lower third banner where it displays other news happening too. The art style if more formally displayed with darker colours to show seriousness rather than being colourful.
